Prescription refills

If you need a refill of a medication prescribed by a provider at Novant Health Wallburg Family Medicine, please contact your pharmacy when you have at least a three-day supply of your medication remaining. This gives your pharmacy time to refill your prescription and call our office if permission is needed. Calling our office instead of your pharmacy will delay the refill process.

Please note: Our office does not handle refill requests after hours or on weekends.

If you are having difficulty taking your medication, let your pharmacist and our office know.
