Everyone at Novant Health Wallburg Family Medicine looks forward to seeing you in our office! To make an appointment, please call our office at 336-769-0246 between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Bring with you to every appointment:

• Your insurance card.
• Your method of copayment or payment in full if you are uninsured. We accept cash, check, debit card and most major credit cards.
• A photo ID.
• Any medications you are currently taking, including vitamins and over the counter medicines.
