School, sports & work physicals

Novant Health Wallburg Family Medicine is here for you when you need a required physical completed. We offer school physicals, sports physicals and work physicals in our office. These exams are done to ensure you or your children are healthy enough to participate in an activity. Often, these exams can be completed at the same time as other well-patient exams.

If you have been given a form to be completed as part of the exam, please bring that form with you as we will not have access to it in our office.

Insurance does not always cover the cost of these exams. Please confirm coverage with your insurance carrier before making your appointment.
